Done!

Hinata, to make opaque borders if it is my koopa one your talking about, first go to :
Select>All
Edit>Stroke Selection by black by 10 px
Then Edit>Stroke Selection by white with 8 px
Then Edit>Stroke Selection again with black by 6px and set that layer to overlay.

On your layers dialog.

Just set it to overlay from there, if you cannot see your layers dialog do this :

Windows>Dockable Dialogs>Layers.

Or Press Ctrl+L.
