Yet again, a battle between Super Sceptile Vs. okemaster!

Okay, once again, me and PokeMaster are yet again having another RPG battle, and yes you can post replies during the battle and the rules are:

Elemental moves are allowwed.
No items.
Tier 1 attacks only.
Status moves can be used only once.

Well thats it for the rules and all, now let us do battle PokeMaster, Master of Nubca- I mean, Master of pokemon, XD! You can go first.

y u using elemental when u dont even have a elemental weapon? or is it the only form of atk u can use.
