Either Magus or Giga Gaia for sure. Both have killer strategies to beat.

Oddly, I didn't find Magus that hard. But I HATE HATE HATE HATE that Dragon Tank!!!! ITS EVIL!!!!!

the dragon tank is easy, just kill the head first! XD
i find the mammon machine hard because if you use too many magic attacks when it does the super hit all of your guys moves you will die

well i havent beaten the game yet, but i beat both magus and the dragon tank on my first try. I didnt find magus or the tank to be hard at all. What about Lavos?
