Why do you? Well I was like at the 20's or so when I fought this guy. It's really easy to lower his defense with Chrono or whatever your characters name is lighting attack. Other Magic attacks are helpful too but I'm an idiot and forget to use the basic attacks. And I did struggle with this. It took me about 2 to 5 tries to do this.

This boss is easy, as long as you Wind Slash when it stores wind energy.

i kept attacking mune at the start, when he transforms used antipode bomb and wind slash. Easy.
